Vehicle interior cleaning
The inside of your car, cleaned properly — seats, carpets and vents.
Cars, vans and utes across Greater Hobart, Tasmania. And if there is a smell as well, we deal with that too.
Carpet and fabric shampooed and then extracted, so the dirt leaves the vehicle rather than drying back into the pile — a five-stage method, and each stage is quoted before it starts.
Dealer or fleet?
Per-unit rates, fixed turnaround per vehicle, we come to your yard, invoiced monthly on 14-day terms.
What we get booked for
The interior has got away from you
Kids, dogs, work boots, sand and spilt coffee. Vents, seams, plastics and carpet — we get into what a vacuum cannot.
What that job involvesSelling it privately
An interior that photographs well and smells of nothing. It is the cheapest thing you can do to the asking price.
What that job involvesA lease or a hire ending
Handed back at a condition that does not attract a cleaning charge, which is usually more than the clean costs.
What that job involvesJust bought it secondhand
Somebody else's interior made hygienic before your family gets into it. Belts, handles, vents and the cabin filter.
What that job involvesSomething has been spilt
Milk, vomit, drinks or food that went down between the seats. If it has reached the carpet, cleaning the surface will not fix it.
What that job involvesThere is a smell you cannot shift
Smoke, pets, damp or mould. Odour with a source cannot be masked, so we go and find the source.
What that job involves
The method
Three stages clean a vehicle. Two more exist for when it smells.
A standard interior clean is stages one to three, and that is where most vehicles finish. The last two stages are what separates us from a cheap ozone bomb — and each stage is priced separately, so nobody pays for a stage their vehicle does not need.
- 1
Find and remove the source
Under seats and seat rails, under carpet, the boot well, the cabin filter, the HVAC evaporator.
- 2
Carpet shampoo
Shampoo worked through the carpet, the mats and the fabric seats, so what is bound into the pile lets go before it is pulled back out.
- 3
Hot-water extraction
Hot water driven through the pile and vacuumed straight back out, so the dirt leaves the vehicle in the water rather than drying back into it.
- 4
Air-path treatment
Ozone or hydroxyl, run with the vehicle shut and unoccupied, then fully aired out before you get back into it.
- 5
Carpet out
Worst cases only — carpet lifted, underlay treated or replaced, then sealed.
Where we work
We work right across Greater Hobart, Tasmania, and we come to you: every job is done where the vehicle is, including the heavier ones. Carpet-out work is arranged case by case, because how long it takes depends on the weather as much as on the vehicle.
